My work sits at the intersection of Google Workspace administration, cybersecurity, systems design, identity and access management, workflow architecture, and institutional governance. I do my best work in environments that have outgrown ad hoc IT, informal process, and reactive decision-making.

I help organizations clean up, secure, and stabilize messy technical environments, then build the structures needed to scale them properly. That includes not only fixing immediate technical problems, but also improving governance, workflow design, documentation, security posture, user lifecycle management, and long-term resilience.

I am strongest when I can look across the full environment, identify patterns that others are treating as isolated issues, and turn those patterns into practical, scalable solutions. I do not just fix symptoms. I look for the structural weaknesses underneath them.

Recent work includes serving as the sole IT, security, and systems lead for a 3,000-user, 400-staff educational organisation spanning five campuses, where I managed Google Workspace lifecycle administration, MFA rollout, onboarding and offboarding design, network segmentation, malware response, ransomware recovery, breach investigation, policy development, and long-term systems planning. I also built practical AI-assisted tools that reduce repetitive work, improve visibility, and turn technical signals such as logs into actionable reporting.

My earlier work in e-commerce, technical SEO, digital marketing operations, and media production also gives me practical range across web visibility, content systems, analytics, and customer-facing digital workflows.
