Finnish IT, security, and digital transformation professional based in Cambodia, helping organizations build secure, scalable systems and practical operational governance.
My work combines Google Workspace administration, cybersecurity, technology architecture, identity and access management, operational workflow design, and institutional governance. I do my best work in environments that have outgrown ad hoc IT, informal processes, and reactive decision-making.
I help organizations secure and stabilize complex technical environments, then build the governance, documentation, identity management, and operational structures needed to scale them sustainably. My focus is not only on resolving immediate technical problems, but on addressing the underlying process failures that allowed them to occur.
I am strongest when I can look across the full environment, identify patterns that others are treating as isolated issues, and turn those patterns into practical, scalable solutions. I do not just fix symptoms. I look for the structural weaknesses underneath them.
Recent work includes serving as the sole technical lead for a 3,000-user, 400-staff educational organisation spanning five campuses, where I led Google Workspace administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure planning, identity management, and institutional governance. Alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities, I designed the technical architecture and deployment strategy for a new K-12 academy, covering identity, hosting, networking, application architecture, LMS integration, and security controls before the project was suspended prior to implementation. I also developed practical AI-assisted operational tools that reduced repetitive work, improved visibility, and transformed technical signals such as logs into actionable reporting.
Earlier experience in e-commerce, technical SEO, digital marketing operations, and media production gives me practical range across web platforms, analytics, content systems, and customer-facing digital workflows.
